The Programme Steering Committee<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The PSC will be in charge of reviewing all complete applications and checking them against the eligibility criteria. This committee will be composed of: Programme Coordinator (PC), IMDEA Executive Scientific Committee, and Research Support Office representatives.<\/p>\n

Independent evaluation by MADRI+D<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The PSC will send all eligible applications to the Partner Organisation MADRI+D who will be in charge of the external evaluation and ranking of applications – ensuring the highest level of transparency and equal opportunities. MADRI+D will ensure that reviewers are properly informed of the training requirements, declarations, evaluation process and timelines, and liaise between the PSC and the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) when necessary. MADRI+D is the regional quality assurance agency for Higher Education in Madrid Region and has experience implementing COFUND calls evaluation with a database of more than 3,700 experts from different sectors covering 30 nationalities.<\/p>\n

Scientific Advisory Board <\/strong><\/h2>\n

The SAB will guard over the scientific quality of research projects offered and will be in charge of final approval of the selection process. They will act as support body playing diverse roles of expertise on scientific, industrial and gender aspects related to the project. This Board will be composed of seven members: five independent experts, one representative of the Institute of Gender Issues at IMDEA and finally, The Programme Coordinator.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
