The rise of pseudoscience and disinformation misleads the public and undermines trust in legitimate science, worsened by low scientific literacy. There’s also a reproducibility crisis, where some studies are difficult to replicate, often due to the pressure to publish quickly. Ethical issues, like data manipulation and the societal impact of new technologies, also pose challenges.<\/p>\n What does your research consist on?<\/strong><\/p>\n My work focuses on biosensors<\/strong>, microfluidic devices<\/strong>, and colorimetric detection<\/strong>, aiming to provide fast, reliable, and affordable diagnostic tools.<\/p>\n These tools are especially useful in areas with limited access to advanced laboratory equipment, offering sustainable<\/strong> and accessible<\/strong> solutions.<\/p>\n + Gold nanoparticles synthesis<\/p>\n + Nucleic amplification: RPA, LAMP, PCR<\/p>\n + Microfluidic devices fabricated and operated<\/p>\n + Nucleic acid sensor<\/p>\n What power does science have to transform the world?<\/strong><\/p>\n Science transforms the world by providing the knowledge and tools needed to tackle challenges, improve lives, and build a better future.<\/p>\n Where do you find inspiration?<\/strong><\/p>\n I find inspiration in curiosity and the desire to learn, as each new problem offers a chance to explore and discover. I am also inspired by the achievements of great thinkers and scientists, whose work shows what is possible through hard work and innovation. Most importantly, the idea that science can help people and make a positive impact on society drives me to keep pushing forward.<\/p>\n Where do you see yourself in the future?<\/strong><\/p>\n I would love to follow academic pathway for my career. I hope in the next five years, I will finish my PhD and work as a postdoc researcher.
