<\/span><\/p>\n IDEAL\u2019s career development scheme is based in three cornerstones:<\/span><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n 1.- Career guidance<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n IDEAL PhD\u2019s supervision strategy for Career Development and Training, requires each doctoral candidate to have two supervisors and a career coordinator, with specific and complementary functions, during their stay at IMDEA Nanociencia. The two supervisors will be a primary supervisor and a co-supervisor.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>2.- Personalized career development plan<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Fellows and supervisors will agree on a Personalised Career Development Plan, which aims to allow researchers to plan their career efficiently, establishing goals, recognizing strengths and weaknesses and discovering possibilities of professional development.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n 3.- A comprehensive training plan<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The IDEAL PhD Training Programme will be offered to fellows, aiming to deepen interdisciplinary scientific and technical skills on the different areas of knowledge of IMDEA Nanociencia.
